For our existing clients, a home visit is always undertaken after a death, when all options will be discussed and the will read. Furthermore, should probate be necessary, next of kin will be advised regarding the options available to them.

The following options apply in all circumstances in which we may act for you; as chosen executors, substitute executors or not in the will in question at all.

• You may deal with probate yourself and we will offer advice as and when needed and requested.

• You may appoint us to deal with any legal work involved and we will provide you with a written fixed fee for this work.

• You may appoint a solicitor, although this option may prove to be excessively costly.
